My hubby's favourite! First floor apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the gardens and swimming pool of the complex that will drive you crazy.
It has a spacious, sunny, private balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture and is always protected from the wind.
Undoubtedly the perfect place to sit down to enjoy your meals, read, work or contemplate the special landscape of Charco del Palo. The views are stunning and you won't get tired of them!
And talking about stunning views, you can equally enjoy them from the large sofa or from one of the arm chairs in the living room. You can even look out onto the sea whilst cooking! And in the unlikely event you get bored of the view there is a Smart TV with Netflix, Astra satellite channels and DTT. You can set up a movie night or watch your favourite series.
Of course there is free WIFI throughout the apartment in case you have to work or if you want to make video calls with your family and friends.
On days when you don't want to eat out, you can cook your favourite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen.
There is also an american breakfast bar with four stools where you can enjoy an appetizing aperitif play cards or one of the board games.
And when you get tired after an exciting day, there aretwo comfortable large single beds in each of the two bedrooms.
You would like to cuddle up whilst sleeping? No problem, the beds can be configured the way you want. The two beds make up with a topper, a very comfortable king size bed.
If you feel likehaving a typical Spanish siesta or getting up late in the morning, you won't have any problems with the sun thanks to the light block out curtains.

This is my 3rd time staying at Simone's beautiful apartments. It is always a fabulous experience. Superbly clean, well appointed, comfortable and like home from home.There is everything you need in the kitchen. The linen and towels are spotlessly clean, and plentiful. Communication is excellent, friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these apartments for staying in Charco del Palo.I will be back, soon!Thank you Simone.
Eine schöne Anlage mit einer ruhigen und entspannten Atmosphäre sowie einem schönen und weiten Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Zum Wohlfühlen. Der Pool wird toll von Nelson sauber gehalten und alle drei Tage gibt es frische Handtücher. Wir kommen wieder.

This was the 2nd time we spent time for our holidays last year. In 2022 was the 2nd time , also it was great again! Her complex , her apartments refurbished , her amenities , the gorgeous swimming pool are managed masterfully. We say to Simone : Job well done! Moreover the staff is delightful. Sehr schöne Anlage mit kurzen Wegen zum Meer und Supermarkt. Zimmerzuschnitt sehr großzügig und bei uns im Obergeschoss mit Meerblick. 2 gemütliche Lokale, die auch meistens geöffnet haben, um die Ecke. Klasse Fischlokal mit Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Hausmeister Nelson kümmert sich fast täglich um Swimming-Pool und was sonst anfällt, Gastgeberin Simone hat organisatorisch alles bestens im Griff. Wenn mal wieder Charco del Palo, dann hier!

A perfect stay in a wonderful place.
Stayed in Apt. 32 Las Malvas for two weeks and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything supplied that you could possibly wish for. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed with a very good powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Entry upon arrival was safe and efficient using the key box adjacent to the entrance door. The pool area was immaculately kept and all staff were friendly and helpful. Simone, the owner, really knows how to take care of her guests, meeting whilst she visited and offering very helpful advice in addition to the comprehensive information available in her welcome book. A first class holiday where I totally chilled out in an immaculate naturist setting. I will be returning for sure as often as time allows. Perfection takes some finding but, now I’ve found it, I yearn for more. Thank-you Simone for being a superb host and your clear ongoing commitment to further build upon an already fabulous facility.
Look no further if you want a quiet naturist holiday. Well equipped flat and very neat and well kept complex. Supermarket within walking distance with sufficient assortment. Very friendly staff. Simone as your hostess makes you feel at home very quickly. Highly recommended!

Your welcome book is real gem -- very useful. But I have idea how it can be improved: it would be great to create a map with the points and description using https://mymaps.google.com - in this case I can for example find nearest recommended restaurant visiting playa del Papagayo for instance.
- Exceptional - Very quiet- The place is a naturist paradise in the village Charco Del Palo. Apartment was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Pretty well equipped kitchen with microwave and a fridge also electric cooker. Good size rooms. Great swimming pool and amenities .The staff were friendly and Simone Nicole is a top manager.

Just returned from a week away, had a lovely stay in Apt 32, Simone is a great host. Definitely stay again, location and grounds perfect.
Tolle Umgebung, herzlicher Empfang, alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I very much enjoyed my stay at these lovely apartments in Charco del Palo. Simone was very welcoming, friendly and professional from the start and her clear communications made helped make my stay a breeze. The apartments are very clean, well designed, in a great location with views over the well kept lawn, pool and on towards the ocean. I will return and encourage friends to do the same. Excellent all round😊
Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos. El apartamento y todas las instalaciones del complejo: magnífico y muy bien cuidado, precioso. Lleno de detalles para hacer la estancia muy cómoda, no falta de nada. Sitio ideal para descansar y desconectar, muy tranquilo. También perfecto como base para desplazarnos a conocer la isla. Muchas gracias a Simone y todo el equipo de limpieza y mantenimiento, sois fenomenales. Si volvemos a Lanzarote, sin duda repetiremos en vuestros apartamentos.

We had a wonderful two week holiday at these apartments. Check in was easy with the key in a safe place to collect at your convenience. Cannot fault anything, clean, well equipped, everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. Large free standing fan and UV light insect killer provided, both very effective. The grounds are well kept with an on site maintenance man during the day keeping everything in perfect order. Cleaners week days keep the whole area spotless. Simone is a fantastic host meeting with you and ensuring everything is okay as well as being a great help with local knowledge. Local shop close by which is open in the morning and easily walkable to nearby swimming and sunbathing areas. Quiet and tranquil area, perfect to relax and unwind. We are already planning out next visit.

El apartamento de Simone es simplemente maravilloso. Tenía todo lo necesario y más... tanto el apartamento como todo el complejo estaba prefecto e impoluto. La ubicación es ideal, en un entorno natural en el que sólo se respira paz. La comunicación con Simone fue genial, muy simpática, amable y atenta... La próxima visita a la isla seguro que repito. Recomendable 100%.
